VIMOS, a fast-growing marketing technology startup company in Asia, carries a mission to empower e-commerce merchants & retailers in Asia to do digital marketing better and cheaper with chat automation and AI driven marketing technologies that increase E-commerce & retail sales.


We are looking for a highly capable Product Manager to join our team in Hong Kong / Taipei / Malaysia / Singapore, who has a strong passion and dedication in designing world-class software solutions that will change millions of merchants and drive the better future of retail. 

This is a great leadership opportunity for you to leverage your product management skills together with a regional team of experienced engineers and business talents. You will work in a cross-functional and leading position to develop awesome features and deliver great user experience for our customers. You will actively participate in our product development cycle and make major contributions to the bigger product strategy and direction in line with our business goals.

  • Participate in key strategic planning and directional discussion
  • Take the lead to grow product team and nurture new product associate teammates
  • Listen to user needs with empathy and design thinking mindset for product development
  • Research to understand our users’ needs, and translate them into solutions
  • Generate product features ideas based on internal & external user feedback
  • Conduct market research to understand evolving market gaps and competitive landscape
  • Write clear and concise user requirements to communicate features to entire product team
  • Work across teams with marketing and engineering team to foster product growth
  • Drive innovation in product development with a team of experience engineers and designers
  • Define and analyze product growth metrics that ensure the success of our products
  • Work closely across teams with customer success, engineering, design and marketing teams to align priority
  • Communicate across team to address competing priority and resources and align expectations
  • Become a product expert by understanding the competitive landscape and ever evolving market needs in the field
  • Build and enhance product development processes that drive better results for users
  • Derive new product ideas that relate to and enhance company mission and visions

  • Curious and interested in technology and new products
  • University graduate with at least 2-3 years of relevant working experience
  • 100% customer-focused attitude & able to listen deeply with empathy
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese & Mandarin
  • Great spoken, written, presentation, and documentations skills
  • Structured and system thinking with good technical writing skills
  • Creative, self-motivated and consistently willing to exceed own expectations
  • High attention to detail and great organization and coordination skills
  • Take ownership on tasks and shouldering responsibilities
  • Flexible, cross-functional with an open mindset
  • Good project & timeline management skills to move multiple things forward in parallel
  • Able to analyze and prioritize tasks systematically by importance
  • Good instincts and sense for product development for improvements based on day-to-day experience
