We are looking for a passionate Customer Success Associate to join our team in Hong Kong / Taipei / Malaysia / Singapore, who enjoys engaging with people, likes helping others and is curious about technology and e-commerce, to help thousands of our users succeed.   • Manage customer success and happiness of our 2,500+ merchants 
  • Provide top-notch support and service to all of our users across the region
  • Answer incoming questions via live chat, email and phone calls 
  • handle customer enquiries and complaints in a constructive and positive manner
  • Listen to user needs carefully with empathy and escalate issues to technology team
  • Collect and relate user feedback effectively to product team for improvements
  • Provide voice and feedback on behalf of users to help prioritize feature enhancements
  • Be a strong advocate for our brand and product at a direct market-facing position
  • Interact positively and build a community of loyal customers
  • Perform other administrative duties pertaining to all marketing and sales activities
  • Provide office and day-to-day business operations & administrative support with team


  • High school certification or above, university degree preferred
  • 1 year of working experience or equivalent preferred
  • Experience in any customer facing role is preferred
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • good command of English, Putonghua and Cantonese
  • Strong typing skills in both English and Traditional Chinese 
  • Well organized with good time management and prioritization skills
  • Self-starter and a great team player
  • 100% customer-focused attitude with strong empathy
  • Positive attitude, patient with people and willing to learn
  • Curious and interested in technology and new products
  • Knowledge in E-commerce or digital marketing field is a plus
  • Fresh graduates with high potential are welcome to apply
