VIMOS, a fast-growing marketing technology startup company in Asia, carries a mission to empower e-commerce merchants & retailers in Asia to do digital marketing better and cheaper with chat automation and AI driven marketing technologies that increase E-commerce & retail sales.

We are looking for a new batch of high potential Graduate Trainees to join our team in Hong Kong / Taipei / Malaysia / Singapore, who have a strong growth mindset and hunger to learn and explore. This role exposes you to various areas of the business from sales and marketing, growth projects and operations, technology product development, customer success with constant training and development coaching over a 6-12 months period. Based on your talents and career aspirations, we’d put you forward in the right direction in a more dedicated role to pursue further personal and career growth.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

Fall into designated trainee stream on digital marketing / business development / operations and product management streams
Receive training and enhance on your digital marketing / customer facing / business development skills
Learn fast with practices by get your hands dirty and apply knowledge from just-in-time trainings
Collaborate across marketing, sales, and technology teams to enhance business operations
Participate and involve in local and regional business expansion projects
Support marketing lead acquisition activities and campaigns with other teammates
Relate market and user feedback to n-house AI technology software development team
Assist in-house and client’s digital channels including SEO, SEM, FB, Inbound Content Marketing
Perform data analytics and growth A/B testing experiments with Google Analytics and Excel Spreadsheets
Provide consultative experience to inbound potential clients to identify qualified leads and opportunities
Learn and understand our technology product and digital service solutions and provide customer success support
Support ad-hoc team needs and provide administrative support to senior team members
Formulate quarterly plan and milestones for the areas that you own
Aim to fulfill business KPIs and operation targets to achieve team and company goals
Propose business growth ideas and suggestions to enhance business growth
propose ideas and feedback to managers and founders to take business to next level
Produce documentation on workflow to enhance team collaborations & productivity
